Despite the vagueness of the term and its’ ubiquitous nature; this resource at least sheds some light on what can be achieved. In particular, “Top 71 CSS Menus Navigation Tabs” pools together the best hints and tips, letting you realise flashy and slick navigations and menus with the minimum of fuss in CSS. The tutorials are generally straightforward and jargon free, meaning that anyone with a grasp of basic web technologies can pick up new tricks pretty quickly.
