Defragment your hard drive: application roundup

When you install software, then uninstall or simply move files around your system, you might find that accessing files takes longer each time you attempt to launch an application.

One solution is to defragment your drive, which will rearrange the contents of your drive so they are in one continuous block. It means applications launch faster and your system boots more quickly.
