Not that long ago there wasn't such thing as a WYSIWYG web editor and certainly no template-based editors. If you wanted to code your own website, you had to get in to the raw HTML and create the page from scratch. When Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) were developed, this enabled designers to create a palette of styles and colours that can be applied to any page or site.
TopStyle Pro 3.12 is one of the best CSS editors available. It's been around for ages and the history stretches back to old Dreamweaver days when a program called Homesite used to be bundled with the web development tool. There were many developers who preferred Homesite, but it was dropped by Macromedia and the developer started his own company, BradSoft. Anyway, we're digressing. The point is that it's an advanced style sheet editor that will enable you to code up your pages.
