If you have a lot of applications installed on your computer, you can leave an icon shortcut on your desktop. However, these quickly distract from your work and leave your desktop looking cluttered. The other option is to find your installed applications through the Start Menu, but this takes time.
RunIt 2.01 is a simple tool that enables you to launch and start applications by linking them to a keyword. For instance, you could assign 'photo' to Adobe Photoshop and when you enter 'photo' within RunIt, Adobe Photoshop would launch. Better still, RunIt resides within your System tray so it is easily accessible at all times. You don't need to launch RunIt simply to start an another application.
