Total Organizer 2.1 is is personal information manager that enables you to manage your personal life as a set of projects. You can then see what you've got to do, when it has to be done and how far you've progressed. It's very different from something like EssentialPIM 2.0, which was recently released. That is more of a personal information manager, suitable for work and home use.
