« Manage your contacts, notes & more with SOHO Organizer 6.3 | Main | Why a removal tool may prove to be the best software you've installed »
Let's face it, if something works you're unlikely to make any changes. If you're a traditional retail business, you're unlikely to be using a computer to track your stock, sales and customer database. In fact, you probably will not have a customer database. However, you can always maximise and enhance sales by targeting specific customers with information. To do this, you'll need to make sure that you're using a computer to manage sales, entering customer information and using this new database to the maximum.
LightSpeed 2 is a Mac OS X point-of-sale software system. It's so well designed I want to start my own retail business simply so the software can be implemented. Seriously, it uses an iTunes-style interface and enables a retailer to insert their current stock, manage their customer database, contact and target purchasers and even setup and manage an e-store (requires a further module).
