Getting through to a technical support department isn't always easy. Once you're through, if you're speaking 'blind', it might far longer to diagnose your system-related problem. For instance, if a component in your new PC isn't working or you feel your system is running far slower than you expected, it might be time to call the support department. The first thing they'll ask is your opinion of the possible problem. They'll ask you for your PC, make, model and idea of installed components.
