« Run Windows Vista or XP on your Mac with VMware Fusion 1.0 RC | Main | Give your XP Start Menu the Vista look with ViStart »
With Mac OS X and Windows Vista Home Premium (and other editions), when you have open applications, you can quickly scroll between them using Expose on the Mac or Windows Switcher on Vista. The thing is, if you have the Basic Edition of Vista or are still using Windows XP, you're back to use the old application switcher. This is effective, but doesn't offer you the updated visual feedback of new switcher found in Premium editions of Vista.
TopDesk 1.5.3 is a visually-improved application switcher that will enable you to mimic the Mac OS X Expose switcher or the version you'd find in Vista Premium. Quite how legal this is, is another matter. However, that's for them to worry about. It's a commercial application, so you can only test this version for 14 days.
