How many of us have an extensive CD, book and DVD collection? I'd bet that most of us do not even know the DVDs in our collection, often leading to us purchasing another copy of a previously-stocked DVD, when it becomes available in sale. Can you remember if you've lent a DVD to a friend or whether someone has borrowed a CD? Either way, you could do with a media manager. A tool that will enable you to catalogue, track and manage your extensive media collection.
Libra 0.8.4 is the latest media manager and looks remarkably like MediaMan 2.7. Both are now rated 5-stars by vnunet.com web users. However, one is free for personal-use, whereas the other is a shareware product. Both enable you to scan in the media details through the barcode and both will download information from the Internet, meaning you do not need to enter the description or artwork, manually.
Download Libra 0.8.4 and compare it to MediaMan 2.7.
Thank you very much for your info.
