Either way, you might find yourself inclined to contact these users, although contacting people through their IP address is far from easy.

SmartWhois 4.3 is a commercial tool that enables you to extract as much information from their originating IP address. This will contain information about the source country, domain server and even contacts for the person who manages the domain. This is a commercial application and there are many free tools across the Internet.
