Quickly open PDF documents using Foxit PDF Reader 2.2

Screengrab_2 There is some software that could be described as bloated and slightly unnecessary considering the purpose. Some would argue that Adobe Reader, designed to open and view PDF documents, is one of these tools. It can take an age to open, when all you want to do is quickly preview a PDF document. There are tools that will enable you to reduce some of the bloat that is part of Adobe Reader, but an another alternative might be to installed a more lightweight tool that will open PDFs more quickly.

Foxit PDF Reader 2.2 is a free PDF reader that is designed to be opened quickly. However, it also integrates in to your web browser, enables you to add basic comments to open PDF documents (so you can proof read a document and email to another person, along with your comments) and much more.
