« CS3 users: test drive Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 | Main | Add a speed dial option to Firefox with Fast Dial »
We've featured Mozilla Weave before, but now Firefox 3 has reached release candidate status, we thought we'd feature it again. Why? This official add-on will enable you to synchronise your Firefox 3 bookmarks across different computers, whether they run the PC, Mac or Linux version of Firefox 3 and wherever they are located. All you need to do is have Mozilla Weave installed on each computer and your bookmarks will be synched automatically.
Mozilla Weave intends to go far further in the future. For example, Mozilla hope that they'll be able to enable you to share all or a selection of your bookmarks with other users. So, say you and a cousin are both Boro fans (I know, who isn't?), you could share related bookmarks with each other. These and other features are still forthcoming, but Weave is definitely an add-on worth installing.
