Try this Firefox intergrated download manager
Download managers are no longer essential, but using one does have its benefits. Even with a high speed broadband connection, a good download manager will obtain files more intelligently, usually by separating downloads into more manageable parts so they can be downloaded more quickly than a single, large file. As well as enabling you to more efficiently download files, most download managers can resume broken connections or incomplete files. Flashgot 1.1 is a simple download manager designed to work with Firefox. It can effectively handle single or multiple downloads and it will automatically resume file download if your Internet connection goes down. As it's integrated with your browser, there's no need to open a separate application when online.
