Microsoft have noticed that Google, Zoho and others have moved to what has been dubbed 'cloud computing' where you edit and publish documents and other work, online. You install and store a spreadsheet on your computer, you simply do everything online. Indeed, you can even host your files online. With the next version of Office, your license will enable you to edit your documents and other files online. However, it may be too late as many other companies are producing advanced online 'apps'. The added advantage of these online tools is that you don't need to worry about your operating system or host computer.
SlideRocket is a good example of an software-as-a-service model which will enable you to create an advanced presentation online. As the tool is online, you can access from nearly any computer and, of course, enable other online users to access and work on your presentation. There is a limited free version and and individual and business version.
