Many ISP's provide high speed broadband connections, we tend to sign up based on published figures and pay our bills when due. The thing is how many of us actually know whether or not we exceed bandwidth limits specified by our ISPs? We could be paying more than we need to in charges for services we may not have used. The only way to really know what we use and when is by using a monitoring tool, or set limits on incoming traffic.
