Most of us work across various computers, whether at home or at work. Snag is, we want the same information across every machine. These include our favourite websites so we can quickly book a holiday at work or check the latest news whilst we're at home. Mozilla has an official solution called 'Weave', but it can be a little cumbersome and insists on shutting down after Firefox, which means you have to wait for it to find the Weave server, check the status and then upload your updated content.
Foxmarks 2.5 is alternative Firefox bookmarks synchroniser. In the new version there is now an option to synchronise your passwords, so if you open an account on one computer, the password/login information will be transferred to any other computer with Firefox (and, of course,
Foxmarks 2.5) installed.
