Identify and avoid rogue websites with Browser Defender

Unsafe websites will always populate the Internet, many of which are just simple pop-ups but some are more sinister, designed to extract personal information. Many of these sites are difficult to identify and can fool even the most experienced user, but there are ways of avoiding such sites or pages, why not try a simple safeguard for your browser?

Browser Defender 1.0.9 Preview is a release from PC Tools Labs that provides an extra level of security for Mozilla Firefox. Websites that are potentially dangerous are listed in an integrated toolbar, warning you of anything from excessive pop-ups to phishing and browser exploits. The application will also integrate with any search results provided by Yahoo! And Google so you can check if a site is secure enough to visit.
