Keep your system secure by checking for software vulnerabilities

Install software on your computer and it's too easy to forget to update. Some tools include an auto-update facility where they will check online for the latest version, inform you when a new version is available and will often download automatically in the background and update. With software that you use to access the Internet, you need to make sure that you have the latest software installed as you can be assured that rogue developers are working hard to find holes within released applications.

Result? If they find a hole, they release spyware or other malicious software that takes advantage of a hole in your system and will use this to exploit both your computer and personal information.
