Backup and synchronise documents across multiple computers

Working across more than one computer is fairly common for some people, maybe a desktop at home as well as a work machine or laptop for working on the go. Being able to access multiple machines does provide flexibility, but on the other hand it does pose other problems like keeping all files, folders and documents up-to-date on all computers. By using a synchronisation utility it's possible to ensure recently saved documents are easily identified, no matter what computer you may be using.
