Lavasoft Ad-Aware 8.2 released and available from the V3 store

Although it might appear that an 8.2 is only minor upgrade, do not be deceived my the revision as Lavasoft's Ad-Aware has received quite a major upgrade with three key new features. These include an scanner which will enable you to check for malicious software attached to your email, a rootkit analyser which will scan your computer and check whether you have had rootkit installed on your system. Lastly you get a much-improved scanning engine, so your system scan takes a few minutes, rather than hours.

Lavasoft Ad-Aware 8.2 ships in three formats, Free, Plus and Pro. The Free basic version gives you anti-spyware and anti-malware support. Plus contains anti-virus, a scheduler and real-time protection. Pro contains network protection and more.
