Backup, synchronise & share important files with others

Bringing people together and sharing files, folders and other important information has numerous benefits, especially when working on projects that require expertise in a number of different areas. There are now applications available that enable you to backup, synchronise and share folders and files between a team of different people. Such applications enable you to work together across your company and others all over the world, liaising with these contacts quickly and easily.

DropBox for Windows 0.7.110 is an online sharing tool, useful for colleagues and contacts to collaborate on projects and other work related tasks. Simply select the files you want to share and synchronise with other users, then upload them to the remote site. This is done automatically, so you don't need to worry about having to upload the files manually. You can share folders and collaborate with other users on the files within these folders. Of course, DropBox can used on a more personal level, too. Note that there is also a Mac version available.
